Sam is a MAT Practitioner and Professional Trainer at Willow Bend Fitness Club. He is a former college football player and currently a D1 club rugby player for the Dallas Harlequins.
Having dealt with injuries in the past, he has years of experience utilizing injury prevention and recovery exercises to stay in optimal condition.
